Customer manual 2024 - all

Loss on customer-specific items The customer is responsible for the loss on custo mer-specific items in product category 2, 3, 4 and 6, if: • Instructions from the customer underlie causing the loss and/or the customer has not informed Lekkerland in time (at least 2 weeks in advance) about changes in its purchase pattern (see ‘Chan ge to sales’). • Lekkerland has informed the customer in good time, i.e. well before the expiry of the THT-store guarantee, of the possible loss of stock. This is usually done using the problem report that the customer receives periodically. • Lekkerland can demonstrate that, given the logis tics parameters, it has conducted adequate stock management. For customer-specific items in product category 2, the customer has stock responsibility in proportion to its percentage of purchases over a representative period. The customer has full stock responsibility for product categories 3, 4 and 6. The resulting loss plus any disposal and destruction costs are settled with the customer by means of the periodic settlement. Core product range Lekkerland and the customer (head office) may agree on a core product range. Any short deliveries and out-of-stock items on orders of core ¬product range items will, if possible and if the point of sale em ployee indicates during the inventory of the backorder requirement that this appears necessary, generally be backordered within 24 hours. • A maximum of 30 SKUs and also a maximum of 25% of the total product range can be characte rized as core product range, where core product range cannot include cross-dock items and/or Pick to Zero items. • The core product range can be reviewed a maxi mum of 1x per quarter. This review takes place at the initiative of the customer. Changes in the type of core product range are reported by the custo mer to Lekkerland Account Support.

Backorders as a result of resale / defects caused by producer If the customer (head office) has agreements on a core product range, the customer must agree this with its respective customer-specific producers. If additional costs are incurred by Lekkerland due to reprocessing or subsequent delivery as a result of the core product range item not being in stock on time, whereby the cause is on the producer’s side, these costs will be charged to the producer retrospectively.
