Offsetting price differences product category 4 and 6 Purchase price differences on items in product categories 4 and 6, which result from late notification by the customer, will be charged to the customer. This settlement takes place on the basis of the follo wing two components:

a) Matching difference: This is settled via: • Difference >€ 250 Invoiced directly • Difference <€ 250,- Periodic settlement Lekkerland - customer head office. • This can be deviated from by agreement.

Price differences for items in product category 4 and 6, which result from late processing by Lekkerland, are for the account of Lekkerland. b) Stock revaluation; This arises due to changes in the gross list price on the product range from customer-specific suppliers (pro duct category 4 and 6). For this, the stock of the item is inventoried before the effective date of the relevant price change (+ and -). This is settled via: Periodic settlement Lekkerland - customer head office For customer-specific items in product category 2, the customer bears stock responsibility in propor tion to its purchase percentage over a representa tive period. • The customer bears stock responsibility for custo mer-specific items in product categories 3, 4 and 6. Lekkerland communicates the stock levels to the customer, after which a decision is made to reple nish the stock (through self-ordering by points of sale or an end push) or to destroy/donate. • In the case of remaining stock, it is determined by mutual agreement whether it should be destroyed or donated. Lekkerland Account Support coordi nates this with the customer (head office) and then communicates the number, stock value and costs for removal and/or destruction of these products, which are settled via the periodic settlement. Transition to items customer-specific product range The customer indicates when a new item should be orderable. In terms of transition, this can be done in two ways: • Soft transition. Transition to new item after old stock runs out; this is done by mutual agreement. • Hard transition. On a certain date; remaining stock is pushed out to points of sale/returned to producer.

Removal by Lekkerland. If Lekkerland initiates the removal of a wholesale item, the customer can request Account Support to have the product category changed to 2, 3 or 6 in order to continue carrying the item.
