1. These are for one customer only, do not appear on a general price list and are characterized by a unique EAN code on the box and (if applicable) consumer packaging. If the supplier’s conditions differ from the conditions normally applied by Lekkerland, these items are handled through the creation of a customer-specific creditor. Full res ponsibility for residual stocks 2. For fresh products, the guarantee is determined by Lekkerland partly on the basis of the number of deliveries per week. 3. The customer and Lekkerland work together as much as possible on purchasing and product ran ges, so that maximum use is made of Lekkerland’s purchasing power. If the customer makes different price agreements with a supplier for items in pro duct categories 1, 2 and 3, this is only possible by means of a (direct) bypass. 4. The customer negotiates price and condition agreements directly with the supplier. Lekkerland acts on information provided by the customer and not on supplier instructions.Lekkerland receives customer-specific supplier and item data including product specifications from the customer. 5. Regarding all products, Lekkerland is always in the lead regarding logistics issues such as which DC to deliver, type of item group (stock or cros-sdock), how much (per pallet/full truck) and dates & time. Any requirements must be indicated early to Lek kerland after which it will be determined to what extent they can be met. 6. In connection with stock responsibility of the customer, a problem stock overview is periodically made available by Lekkerland. 7. On entering the supplier, Lekkerland decides whether this will be a regular or ‘ / ‘ supplier. If it is decided to use a / supplier, feedback is given via Account Support and contact is again entered via Account Support.
In addition to the wide wholesale product range, customers can place their own specific product range with Lekkerland, while retaining their trusted suppliers, their own recipes and private labels. In this way, Lekkerland and the entrepre neur together meet the changing needs of satisfied guests. This includes, for example, more authenticity and local products.
Change to product category If there is demand from other sales channels for items in product category 3 or 6, the Lekkerland buyer must change the product category of this item to product category 1 or 2. If a price change results from this change, the customer will be informed.
